Ingredients for Oreo Cheesecake:
- 30 Oreos, separated from cream
- 75 grams of butter
- 800 grams of cream cheese
- 200 grams of milk cream
- 500 grams of strained yogurt
- 30 Oreo creams
- 1, 5 cups powdered sugar
- 10 Oreos, each divided into four parts
- 2 packs of vanilla
- 3 packs of 80 grams of milk chocolate
- 1 glass of milk
- Oreos divided into two (optional)

How to make Oreo Cheesecake dessert:
Mix the Oreos separated from the cream and the melted oil until they become as “wet sand” and spread on the cheesecake form.
Leave the mix in the refrigerator.
For the filling, whip the cream cheese, milk cream, strained yogurt and Oreo creams until homogeneous and add Oreo biscuits.
After adding sugar and whisking again, add vanilla and mix once more.
Spread the filling on the base and fix with a spatula and let it rest in the refrigerator.
For the sauce, pour boiling water into a saucepan, add the melted chocolate and pour in low heat, then add the milk and mix.
After pouring the sauce over the cake, you can decorate the cake with Oreos, optionally divided in half. Be sure to keep it in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
