When spring comes, the first thing that comes to my mind is pastries. I love strawberries and this time I had some leftover, so I decided to make strawberry tart.

Ingredients for strawberry tart recipe
- 125 GR of Butter
- 1 EGG
- 3 SPOONS POWDER SUGAR
- 1 GLASS RICE FLOUR
- 1 GLASS GLUTEN-FREE FLOOR OR CORN STARCH
- 1 PINCH OF SALT
- 1/2 PACKAGE VANILLA
FOR CREAM
- MILK 2.5 CUP
- 3 SPOONS OF SUGAR
- 1 EGG
- 2 SPOONS OF CORN STARCH
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1/2 PACKAGE VANILLA
How to make strawberry tartlets recipe:
- MIX FLOURS AND POWDER SUGAR. CUT THE COLD BUTTER INTO CUBES. Lightly Beat 1 EGG. MIX ALL with MIXER. OIL SHOULD NOT MELT. THE DOUGH SHOULD BE SANDY.
- Then put the dough in the bag and put it into the refrigerator and wait at least half an hour.
- Mold the tart forms with oil, spread the dough equally in the form. The dough will be 2 cm higher than the form. Refrigerate again for 10-15 minutes.
- Then take it from refrigerator and make some small holes with fork.
- Put in the 180C preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- While our tarts are getting ready, mix milk powdered sugar and starch in a pan and put it on fire. After getting creamy form, add 1 spoon of butter and vanilla and mix for 1 minute.
- Then leave the cream and tarts for getting cold outside. After both are cold add your cream onto your tarts.
