Ingredients for Lentil Bread Recipe

  • 1 cup Red lentil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 package of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of curd cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame and black seed mix

How to make lentil bread

  • Lentils are soaked overnight.
  • Wash the softened lentil until the foam disappears.
  • Put the lentils on the blender. Let’s add the yogurt, oil and eggs and grind them well.
  • Add salt and baking powder and pour it into a rectangular baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle curd cheese on it and press it lightly and level it.
  • Sprinkle with sesame and black seed and cook at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
