100 g raw cashew (not soaked),

2 tablespoons of organic nutritional yeast,

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,

How vegan cheese is made:

Put the raw cashew nut into the food processor, stir at high speed until it becomes powder.

Then add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, lemon powder and salt. Mix well.
