VEGAN HEALTHY PASTA RECIPE FOR DINNER

HEALTHY AND SIMPLE POTATO SALAD WITH DILL (NO MAYO)

INGRIDIENTS:

  • 1,5 cups of chickpeas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tea glass bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

How to bake:

  • Put the boiled chickpeas, olive oil and spices into the food processor and pull it to the puree.
  • Heat the oven to 160 degrees.
  • Put the mashed chickpeas into a large bowl and knead by adding finely sliced parsley and other ingredients.
  • Knead all the ingredients to a smooth consistency. If the breadcrumbs measure is insufficient, add a piece of white flour to the sticky consistency.
  • Cover the baking tray with grease-proof paper.
  • Give your desired shape with your hand and place it on the tray.
  • The cooking time will change according to the shaped proportion and size. Cook in a controlled manner for at least 10-15 minutes.
