Ingredients for healthy homemade sugar-free lemonade:

  • 6 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 5 glasses of cold water
  • 6 tablespoons of honey
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 green apple

How to make the healthy homemade lemonade with honey:

We peel and slice the lemons and oranges beautifully. Then we grate the shells in a container and mix them with the sliced lemon / orange shredded shells.
We add honey on it and rub it well so that the fruits come out of the water. We pass this mixture through a strainer and add 5 glasses of cold water. We mix it well before serving.
