Is there anyone who doesn’t like pizza? I don’t think it is because pizza can take shape according to everyone’s taste. You can make or order the content with whatever you like.
Then let’s make pizza without flour. This may sound a little different, but be sure the result is real pizza taste. Thus, you will not have to sacrifice pizza in your healthy eating. Since we do it ourselves, it will be a pizza in which we put what we want and know what’s inside. I used the ingredients I love at the top, of course, you can change the ingredients as you wish according to your taste.
Ingredients for Healthy veggie pizza on flour-less cauliflower crust:
- 2 cups of cauliflower chopped in blender
- 1 egg
- 1 small bowl of Parmesan cheese
For Top Sauce:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 glove of garlic
- Baby spinach
- Sliced mushrooms
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Parmesan cheese
Making the dough:
We cook 2 cups of chopped cauliflower in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes. Thus, we will have a little water from cauliflower. After that, we can mix 1 egg and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl and add cauliflowers that cool down and prepare our dough to shape. I do not add salt into the dough, because Parmesan cheese will give the required salt, but if you want, you can add a little salt. You can also add the spices you want to the dough. By placing baking paper on the baking tray, we can give the dough the shape of pizza, which is the most enjoyable part. We place our pizza dough in the 200 degree preheated oven and keep it in the oven until light browned. So keep an eye on the oven. 🙂
Making the top sauce:
We pass the tomatoes and garlic through the blender and boil them in the pan. You can add the spices you want. I put thyme because I am a thyme maniac 🙂
We take the browning dough out of the oven, pour the sauce over it, decorate it with other ingredients and put it back in the oven. We cook it again for 10-15 minutes and then our pizza is ready.
