  • 8 long and thin zucchinis
  • 250 gr chicken breast minced meat
  • 70 gr bread
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 70 g grated fresh cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • Salt, pepper

How to Make Stuffed Zucchini with Chicken breast and Cheddar cheese?

Crumble the bread by squeezing it into milk by hand. Cut the zucchinis longitudinally in half and remove the insides with a teaspoon and chop small.
